Here is my GIANT 2nd grader. He is growing up way to fast. He loves school and loves his new teacher. He is such a smart boy and he tries to make everyone around him happy. He is such a sweetheart and I am so blessed to have him as a son.

AND don't forget about Mr. Muscle man. He is too funny. He has had a really hard time this week with having his Buddy/Brother go to school. He asks me about 100 times a day when school gets out. His school starts Sept. 6th and that just isn't soon enough for him.

Holy Smokes this little man LOVES the water. He didn't want to get out. The Nephi Pool has a Potty Break every hour so everyone has to get out of the pool and he wasn't too happy about that. But Luckily I brought treats so he munched on those until the whistle blew.

We cleaned out our garage and we were throwing this old chariseat away and before I could get it in the garbage can Awdd decided it was his chair. What a goofy dog.

Hiking in Bryce

Bryce Canyon is so Beautiful. I had fun Hiking around even though it was after running 13.1 miles just a couple hours before. I want to do this race every year. It was a lot of fun.

Grandpa with 3 of his biggest fans. It is nice that John comes and hangs out and supports us in all our endeavors. The kids love listening to all his stories in the car. They kept asking for more stories Grandpa, More Stories.

There were fun clouds that were passing by so quickly. It was like speed cloud watching. I think this one looks like a T-Rex.

1 Boy is a fish and the other hardly gets his hair wet. Can you tell the difference. After this trip I put both boys in private swim lessons for a month and it really helped them.

Bryce Half Marathon

I ran my first Half Marathon in a long time. It has been 11 years and 3 kids since my last and I went pretty well. I made my goal of doing it within 2 hours. I crossed the finish line @ 1:56. Now I am training for the St. George Marathon and hopefully I can reach my goal of crossing the finish line before 4 hours. Man just thinking of running for 4 hours makes me tired.The Pre-race photo. We stayed at a Hotel that had a pick-up Shuttle right across the street which was really nice. Because after I got on the bus I sat down, I noticed everyone fixing their numbers and racing chips and I noticed I FORGOT mine. So I had to run acorss the street and wake Sean back up to grab those IMPORTANT items. SILLY ME!!!

4th of July - 2011

We went to Delta for the 4th of July. We saw the fly over(My favorite part), the boys caught a ton of candy at the Parade, Played on the blow up slides at the park, went swimming at the Res, had dinner with John and went to the demo derby and watched the Fireworks in Nephi. It was a great day. I love the 4th.

We hiked to the arch and stood together for a photo op. It was fun. My boys are quite the little rock climbers. I can't wait to take them when they are a little older.

Such amazing scenery. We are SO lucky that we live in such a beautiful State and can such awesome sites. I can't wait to go again.

Huge Update - Summer 2011

My computer outsmarted me for the last few months. It was making it VERY difficult for me to download pictures from my SD card. But I found a way to make it work so here is a TON of Pictures from the summer.

My poor baby had such bad allergies this year to the cottonwoods. Look at his eye. So sad.

The boys went out for a little adventure in the backyard with all their bug catching equipment and they forgot they bug book in the yard and the dog chewed it up. Poor little guy was heart broken.

RRR - 2011

I am at the starting line ready to begin.
Our team at the beginning of the race. It was fun to be able to run with my brother and dad. This was the first relay race that I have ever done. It was an amazing experience and I will do a lot more. Especially this race.

I ran the first leg which was 5.5 miles that ran out of town and up the canyon. It was a beautiful run up the canyon with those red cliffs. The weather was perfect most the day. It got a bit hot towards the last couple legs.

We went out to lunch with dad at Chili's(the boys fav.) and swimming at the Legacy Center for Spring Break. The boys had fun. My kids got like 3 candies and NO eggs. But we made up for it with our little family Easter and our big family Easter party.

Two weeks ago I had Ian's 4 kids over for a week during their Spring Break. Sort of a bummer it wasn't ours as well. I think the kids had fun though. We had a Pizza/Movie Party one night, had a campfire and cooked Smores, they went and toured a farm nearby another day and collected eggs and milked cows(in which we had breakfast that night and had pancake, eggs and bacon; which pretty much all came from the farm) and then everyday we had all the neighbor boys over to play. They all played hard it was cute.

Hawaii

Sean & I atop of Diamond Head. We had a lot of fun on the hike and ran most of it.

On our way to the West Side of the Island. It was really nice because nobody was there.

There were Turtles and Penguins at our Hotel it was fun to watch them.

We went on the annual trip for AMP this year to Hawaii. It was really fun. The weather was beautiful. The ocean was perfect. We had a blast playing in the water. Sean and I ran on the beach a couple of the mornings just in time to enjoy the sunrise. We went for a drive around the island one day. We went to Pearl Harbor, the temple, Hanauma Bay, swam and played in a waterfall and went to Diamond Head.

So I handed him my hat that was conveniently hanging on the bedpost and he put it on and ran away. So I got back to work for a couple minutes. Then he ran into the room again with this.....

and said,"And this will be my Magic Wand." Look Mom, I AM A MADITION!!!

He is casting a spell on me and as you can tell I switched out his wand. He is already dangerous enough we don't need to give him tools to create mayhem as well. He is such a funny little boy.

Our Boys are so funny. They never wake up early for Christmas. It is like they forget that it is Christmas and just think that it is another morning. We go to John's House every Christmas Eve for his Christmas Party. Good Times are had down there and Good GIFTS...lol. The boys love playing with their cousins. John always gets the boys a little Nerf type gun to play with and of course silly string (which just the thought of that stuff gives me anxiety). He let's them all play with it in his house. Oh I have to stop talking about it I'm going to stress myself out(I know I am a freak). The boys loved their gifts - Ironman mask, Safari Dress up Kit, Mega Science Kit, books and a bunch of other stuff. Thank you John for spoiling us. Also Kathy made Sean a Birthday cake which had to stay frozen so he used those amazing redneck skills and made sure the cake stayed frozen. By smashing the cake in between the luggage racks. He didn't even need Duck Tape.

Winter Wonderland

I think that this is the very first Snowman that I have every made with my kiddo's. It was a lot of fun. This snow storm we had today was Perfect Packing snow. My boys had a blast creating our master piece. What a great way to start off their Winter Break. We haven't had the T.V. on at all today. It has been such a wonderful day. My kids call my Grandpa Brereton, Hubba Hubba Grandpa. It is the funniest thing. So we went to Hubba Hubba Grandpa's Christmas Party on Monday. It was nice seeing the Brereton Clan again. There was really nice and REALLY good food. Santa came and my boys could hardly contain themselves. It was cute. Well up to the point Santa called Big T a girl. He was quick to correct him though. I can't believe how quickly time flies. My babies are growing so fast. This little guy is such a sweet heart. He loves to have fun and enjoys life. He can strike up a conversation with anyone and is a very happy, carefree boy. He is constantly playing and laughing. We love ya.

Our Tree is Huge. I had to send Sean to the store twice for supplies. After 3 days and a nervous breakdown(from my house being a disaster) we finally got all the decorating done. We had another fun Christmas Tradition on Monday and made Gingerbread Houses with the Buck Family. It was fun. They are such a Great family. We love getting together with them. It is funny how into decorating the houses Sean gets. He does an amazing job and he is SO creative. The boys eat more candy this night than the whole year. They do a great job with their houses as well. Then they always end with toothpicks and they make scary FORTS. Thank you Bucks for another great year. We can't wait for next time.

Christmas Tree Adventure - 2

Truck rolled with My Dad, Mom and 3 little boys in the truck. Everyone was okay.

At least the tree stayed in the back of the truck. "Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree, you cost me $5,000 dollars." What a Memory maker this trip was.

Christmas Tree Adventure

Cute boys hanging out in the snow. We love our cousins.

He LOVES to eat the snow. He had to pee like 4 times while we were up there because of it.

We went up and cut down our Christmas Tree like we do every year. This year was quite an Adventure. My dad pulled into a parking spot and got stuck on a hidden rock right when we got there. That took 45 min. to get him out. After that Sean and Ian went clear up the mountain to pick the "Very Best Trees". Which they did! My mom and dad took the 4 other little boys while I SAT IN THE TRUCK with my little man and Grandpa John. Then one by one the boys got cold and came down to join us. So by the end we had 5 little boys in our truck. It was a little crazy. But we still had a blast. We ate snacks and play video games. The boys got back and we tagged the trees and got pictures and then headed down the cold, icy mountain.

The Return to The Bean

The kids were so cute in sharing their comments during the reptile show. They were pretty funny and so SMART!!

We made another trip to the Bean Museum. It is our new favorite and we will try to go once a month. Cheap Entertainment. We went with Ian and his kids. For one thing I love getting together with them because our kids play so well together and another reason is that they are so cute. They love their cousins. We all had a lot of fun and saw the new Bee Exhibit that was on show. We did the Bean Scavenger Hunt. Which was a great way to help the kids pay attention and read about the animals. I know I sure learned a lot. Then we went to lunch and planned to do a outside movie at Ian's house with the rest of the family. So we all got together with good food, lots of blankets and enjoyed ourselves a little Toy Story 3. That is a cute movie. We all had a fantastic evening. What a great fun filled day. We will have to do it again real SOON.

Have you ever walked into the T.V. room and notice a man who fell asleep while watching a football game? They always seem to have their one hand down their pants pushing the SLEEP BUTTON. Which I guess is located just below the belt line. I walked into the T.V. room the other night and found my little A like this. I guess he has a head start for when he gets older. No worries he will make a great husband!!

Pumpkins

I was a slacker this year and was really slow to carve pumpkins. We finally got together and did it. The boys loved it. Nat and Kelly were there. Fun tid-bit of information is that Nat went into Labor that night. She had her little girl within an hour from the first contraction...in...HER CAR. Baby and mom are doing great.

He loves to cuddle, smile and laugh. He loves to EAT. He adores his brothers and can watch them play for hours. We love this little boy.

Goober Peas

Last year I bought a sing-a-long CD/Book set for the car called "We Sing America" it has the Pleadge of Alligence, Patriotic Songs, Pioneer Songs and quotes from the founding fathers on it. My kids LOVE it. I bet I have listened to it over 300 times in the last year. Among the songs there is a Civil War Song from 1864 named, "Goober Peas" and A likes this song ALOT. I had him sing the chorus for me because it makes me so happy. The Chorus is, "Peas, peas, peas, peas, eating goober peas, Goodness, how Delicious, eating goober peas."

We DID the DiRtY DaSh!!! It was a BLAST! We will do it every year. It was a 10K in Solider Hollow and boy was it Dirty. As you can see from the before and after pictures. Big T was a great sport and did the last mud pit with us. The Showers were FREEZING. So we hurried and showered off and got in the truck, cranked the HEAT on full blast and ate oranges, bananas & grapes the whole way home. Sean's family came to cheer us on. Boys @ the Dentist

We went to the Dentist last week. The boys LOVE the dentist. They get to watch movies in the ceiling, play video games and pick out toys for having NO CAVITIES!! I had to take this picture because it won't be long before they both can't fit in the dentist chair together. They are so cute. I love you guys and love that you have nice, clean, cavity free teeth. Crazy Bachelorette

My 84 year old Grandma got married yesterday and we had a Bachelorette Party for her on Friday. She had a Blast it was pretty funny. Feather boa and ALL. She married a great man and I wish them all the happiness in the world. They are cute together and they are going to have a lot of fun playing. Live it up Grandma. Love ya.

I carpool and take 3 other boys home and it is hilarious the conversation of those 4 little boys. They think they are SO big!! So cute....Good Times!

Rain

When you gotta go you gotta go. I walked outside to take a picture of them playing in the rain and there was A in the frontyard peeing. He thought that he was pretty dang funny if you can't tell by the expression on his face. He has been so good by not having any accidents. He is such a BIG boy and all ready for Preschool.

We went to "Meet your Teacher" yesterday to show T around his classroom and to meet his teacher. He is so excited to go back to school and be a BIG 1st grader. I'm so happy for him and I can't wait to help him with all his homework. I'm serious. But anywho while we were in the school it starts to rain really hard. So we finish up with our tour and hurry home. I pulled into my HEAVENLY garage and get the baby in the house nice and DRY. I come back out to get the boys and this is where they are.....outside and DRENCHED!! What cute boys. There was also Thunder and Lightning that was was loud and bright. It shook our house. I LOVE this kind of weather.

Sleepy Boys

He was laying on the floor after I got him ready for bed just a squealing and playing and fell asleep mid-squeal. All sprawled out. He is so sweet.

I try to make my boys clean their room each night but when I send this little guy to bed this is what happens. Falls asleep playing. What a mess. The oldest boy never goes to bed. He just sings at the top of his lungs and reads hours after bedtime. So no sleepy pictures of him.

Zip Line

I am SO proud of Big T for daring to do the Zip line. You have to hold on for like 100 feet before you get to the water then you drop off and it is at least a 20 foot drop. He did it twice. WHAT A STUD!! I thought I was going to have a heartattack though. I was running under him ready to catch him in case he let go. He was so strong and brave!! My little boy is growing up.

Beck Reunion

Big brother caught a snake and I'm not sure what A thinks of it.

The boys loved playing on the driving board and T was a little fish. He was in the water all day.

A loved the rope swing over the water.

Then the big boys moved the floating tramp under the diving board to do some tricks and my boys had to be in on that action. They had SO much fun.

Little man and I just kicking it in the shade. In which he still got sunburned....Again. I was in trouble again by Sean. Other than getting a little pink he was such a good little boy the whole day.

Thunder * Lightning * RAIN

We have had some Really GREAT Storms this last week. We all sat on the porch and watched the Lightning and Rain storm the other night. The Thunder was so LOUD it was a little intense a couple times. When it started raining T got on his scooter and started riding around in the hard rain through all the puddles, with lightning flashing around him....probably not the safest thing for us to have him do. But he was having a ball. He got so wet. Good Times. I love Summer Storms!!

He is such a happy and good baby. He still sleeps through the night. I put him down around 9pm and he wakes up at 7am. It is SO wonderful. He loves to smile and laugh. He loves his brothers. He has started grabbing things and tries to get them into his mouth. He almost has the full roll over down. The doctor was very impressed with his strength. We might have another A on our hands. The baby looks exactly like A so it is only fitting that he be as strong as him. We LOVE, Love, love ya son and couldn't imagine our family without you. You are a great additional!!

I love it when it rains period but especially in the SUMMER!! Splashing the in the puddles and dancing in the rain. I was weeding and Sean was picking Strawberries when the storm came on so I hurried over to help Sean finish. A helped too by eating them as God's rain was washing them off. Silly boy. Then we jumped on the tramp and rain and danced in the rain. The Baby was out in it too and he LOVED it. He was kicking and was so happy. I think he thought he was in the tub. I seriously have the best family!!

My Hunk of a HULK!!

I love the 24th of July!! Which is also Mona Days. We had a riot this year. I forgot my camera for the day activities. So no pictures. My family came and played with us and boy was it fun. We did jumping toys, rock climbing, face painting, balloon animals & swords, Mayor races and my boys won a $DOLLAR$. Which they were stoked about. Then we went home and ran through the sprinklers to cool down and had a rest. At 8pm we went back over to the park for a PIZZA picnic dinner, dancing, glow stick party with EXTREME Fireworks to end the Fabulous day. Mona has the Best firework show around. Love it!!! Good Times!?!

4th of July

We went to Delta again this year for the 4th. There was a Great Military fly over, LOADS of candy @ the Parade, Playing on the blow up toys at the Park, hanging out at Grandpa's, Watching cars crash at the Awesome Demo Derby and Fireworks with the Fam. I stayed home with the baby this year and watched Anne of Green Gables(which is ALWAYS fun) and tried to be a good daughter-in-law and clean John's house. In which, John I'm still sorry I broke your vacuum. I'm a HELPER!!!

We have been SO blessed this year in the Strawberry department. This summer I think that I have made like 6 batches of Strawberry jam this year. I have a little helper that tries to eat them as fast as I can put them in the bowl.

My mom invited us to go to her Ward Activity again this year. Man it was SO much fun!!! Good food, Good company and GOOD fun. The boys ran up that hill like 50 times to go down the slide, they were a little tuckered out by the time we left. Half the time A walked up the slide. Thanks mom and dad!
